- Your controller is faulty (does not turn on, is no longer detected, broken button…): choose Diagnosis and quote. Our workshop examines it and sends you a quote. The diagnosis price is deducted from the repair if you accept it. The guide price table gives you an idea for common faults.
- You know the problem (drifting joystick, reduced battery life, sticky buttons): choose the service directly, at a fixed price.
No repair is carried out without your approval. If you decline the quote, or if the controller cannot be repaired, the diagnosis remains payable and you choose between getting the controller back and a buy-back offer for it as is.
Drop your controller off at the workshop or send it, depending on the delivery options offered at checkout.

What is the warranty on refurbished products?
All our refurbished consoles come with a 2-year warranty, parts and labor. This warranty covers defects resulting from our refurbishing processes. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Contact our customer service via email at contact@reconverteur.com If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will send you a prepaid return label to send your console back for repair or replacement.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product if you are not satisfied. The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service for more details on the return procedure.

What are the aesthetic conditions of refurbished consoles?
- Perfect Condition: No visible signs of wear. These consoles are practically new to the naked eye and are ideal for users who want a flawless aesthetic.
- Very Good Condition: May show slight signs of wear that are not easily visible. These consoles have minor signs of use but remain in excellent overall condition, offering a good compromise between quality and price.
